Introduction

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your ase365 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside the control of ase365.
• ase365 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw with incomplete wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
